— Chapter 01 · Origins

The doors we
weren't invited
through.

Established · MMXXVI London, United Kingdom

Britain's independent retailers built the high street. Then the supply chains the high street depends on stopped returning their calls. Qazi Wholesalers exists to reverse that — to put the same brands the supermarkets stock onto the shelves of the shops that knew our names first. One depot. One phone call. No minimum orders, no doormen, no quietly inflated price lists.

— The reason we opened

A wholesale operation
that answers the phone.

For four years our founder watched UK shopkeepers — corner shop owners, pharmacists, independent grocers — fight to stock the brands their customers already wanted. Watched them get blocked from the supplier circuit that fed the big chains. Watched them sit on £500 MOQs that strangled their cash flow.

So we built the alternative. A London depot. A single price list, honest from the first email. And no minimum.

We are not a marketplace. We are not a portal. We are a wholesaler — the kind your grandfather called by name. The kind who tells you when a shipment is delayed instead of letting you find out from an empty shelf.

The brands the chains use, distributed the way independents deserve. That's the entire pitch. The rest is just paperwork and trucks.

— The journey

Four years.
One shelf at a time.

'22Conception

The conversation that started it.

A pharmacist in East London told our founder she'd been quoted a £400 MOQ for CeraVe. Her customers had been asking for it for months. She couldn't afford the risk. She lost the sale. We left that meeting knowing the gap.

'24Launch

Qazi opens its first invoice.

A 12-line order to a single pharmacy in Walthamstow. CeraVe Moisturising Lotion, Dove Original, four Coke 24-packs. Delivered in five days. No minimum, no membership, no fuss. The model worked from the first transaction.

'24Q3 · Partner network

The Syro Global partnership opens.

We formalise our long-running alliance with Syro Global — same standards, complementary networks, mutual referrals. The kind of partnership that makes both operations sharper.

'25Scale

100 retail accounts across mainland UK.

From Glasgow to Bristol, from Belfast to Brighton. Independent pharmacies, convenience stores, mini-marts, ethnic grocers. The shelves the algorithm doesn't track.

'26Now

500+ SKUs. Four categories. One catalogue.

Health & beauty. Beverages. Confectionery. Household. The boring brilliance — and the brands that catch fire on TikTok. Stocked, priced, and delivered by the team who answers the phone on the first ring.

If a brand is on the shelf at a Tesco in Croydon, it should be on the shelf at the mini-mart down the road. The supply chain is the only thing standing between them — so we became the supply chain.

— What we hold to

Three rules.
No asterisks.

Rule 01

No minimums.
Ever.

Order what you need to stock. Not what we need to make a quota. If a single-line invoice keeps a small shop running, that's a single-line invoice we'll deliver. The minimum order at Qazi is one unit. It's a promise we put in writing.

Rule 02

One honest price list.

Same price for everyone. No special tiers. No quiet markups for newer accounts. No "let me check with my manager." You see the price; you pay the price. Trade terms appear once you're approved — no negotiation game.

Rule 03

A phone that rings.

Every approved trade account gets a named account manager who knows your stock patterns, your seasonal peaks, and the brands your customers keep asking for. You will have their direct line.
