1. Definitions
"Qazi Wholesalers," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Qazi Wholesalers, a wholesale supply business operating in the United Kingdom. "Customer," "you," or "your" refers to any business or individual using our website or purchasing goods from us. 2. Trade Accounts
Access to wholesale pricing and ordering requires an approved trade account. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or revoke trade accounts at our discretion. Trade account holders must provide accurate business information and notify us of any changes. Accounts are non-transferable and must only be used by the registered business.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are quoted in GBP and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is not confirmed until we issue written acknowledgement via email. Minimum order values may apply depending on the product category.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full prior to dispatch unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. For trade accounts with approved credit terms, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We reserve the right to suspend supply if payments are overdue.
5. Delivery
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1-2 business days. Standard UK delivery is typically completed within 2-5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, adverse weather, or supply chain disruptions.
6. Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for faulty or damaged goods only. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Custom-sourced or perishable goods are non-returnable. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details on the returns process.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qazi Wholesalers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the goods in question. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
