The agreement between Qazi Wholesalers Ltd. and the businesses we supply. We've written it the way we'd want to read it — short paragraphs, no asterisks, no surprises. If anything below is unclear, write to us and we'll explain it in plain English.
"Qazi", "we", "us" or "our" means Qazi Wholesalers Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office in London, United Kingdom. "You" or "your" means the business entering into a trade account with us.
By opening a trade account, submitting an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
Trade accounts are available only to VAT-registered UK businesses with a verifiable Companies House record and a UK trading address. Consumers acting in a personal capacity are not eligible.
An order placed via the portal, by email, or by phone is an offer to purchase. We accept the offer when we issue an order confirmation. Until acceptance, no contract exists between us.
We may decline any order, in whole or part, for stock-availability, pricing-accuracy, account-status, or any other reason. Where we decline, no charge is taken.
There is no minimum order value or quantity. One unit is the minimum.
Prices shown in the trade portal are exclusive of VAT unless explicitly marked otherwise. VAT is added at the prevailing UK rate on the invoice.
We aim to deliver every accepted order within seven (7) working days of dispatch confirmation, anywhere in mainland UK. Northern Ireland transit is 8–10 working days. Republic of Ireland is by separate quotation.
The 7-day window is a service guarantee — not a delivery time of essence in the legal sense. Where we miss it, the delivery fee for that consignment is refunded and the order remains valid.
You must inspect goods on delivery. Any shortage, damage or obvious defect must be notified to us in writing within 72 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence where applicable.
We will replace or credit goods that arrive damaged, defective on arrival, or short-shipped. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.
Goods may be returned only in line with our Refund & Returns Policy. Returns require prior authorisation from your account manager.
All goods supplied by Qazi are genuine, authenticated, and traceable to the manufacturer or authorised distributor. We do not deal in counterfeit, grey-market or unauthorised parallel imports.
If you have any reason to believe an SKU you've received is not authentic, report it within 72 hours and we will investigate and remediate at our cost.
Goods are supplied for resale in the United Kingdom only. You may not export goods purchased from Qazi outside the UK without our written consent. You agree to comply with all applicable consumer-protection, labelling, age-restriction and licensing laws when selling goods on.
We may suspend or close your account if:
You may close your account at any time by writing to qazi@qaziwholesalers.co.site. Outstanding invoices remain due.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to that, our total aggregate liability arising under or in connection with any individual order is limited to the price paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or pure economic loss (including lost profits, lost goodwill, or business interruption).
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events outside reasonable control — including, without limitation, acts of God, fire, flood, war, civil unrest, pandemic, governmental action, transport disruption, energy shortages, or supplier failure.
Each party will keep the other's confidential information in confidence and use it only for the purposes of performing this agreement. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
All content on this website — design, copy, photography, the Qazi marks, and the structure of the site — is owned by Qazi Wholesalers Ltd. or licensed to it. No part may be copied, scraped, or reproduced without written consent.
Brand names and logos of products we stock remain the property of their respective owners and are used by us with permission of those owners or under applicable trade-mark exhaustion principles.
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the version on this page at the time you place an order. Material changes will be notified by email to all active trade accounts at least 14 days in advance.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Both parties may pursue urgent injunctive relief in any competent court.
