How long does approval really take?
Most applications are approved within 24 working hours. We verify Companies House and VAT registration, then a human reviews the form. If your details are clean, you'll have portal access and your account manager's direct line by the next working day.
Is there really no minimum order?
Correct. The minimum is one unit. It's in writing in every account agreement. Order a single 2L of Coca-Cola and we'll deliver it. The point isn't to make the smallest order economically painful — it's to make sure no shop is ever caught out.
What does "trade pricing" actually mean here?
One published price list. Same for everyone. Tier-free. The price you see in your portal is the price on your invoice. Quarterly updates are notified 14 days in advance — you'll never be blindsided.
What if the 7-day delivery slips?
The delivery is on us. Every order, every postcode. If a pallet doesn't land within seven days of dispatch, we refund the delivery cost in full and credit your account. It happens roughly 2% of the time.
Can I source brands you don't list?
Ask. Many of our biggest accounts started by asking us to bring in a specific SKU. If we can source it through Syro Global, we will. If not — we'll tell you who can.
What's the relationship with Syro Global?

Do you trade with Northern Ireland or Republic of Ireland?
Northern Ireland yes, with 8–10 day estimated transit instead of the standard 7. Republic of Ireland on separate quote — get in touch and we'll route through Syro's existing channels.
